Ibuprofen – pinpoints pain

Neurotransmitters –called prostaglandins – are released. They send pain signals to the brain and activate defence cells.

With external, local treatment with proff® pain-relieving cream* and ibuprofen proff® 5% gel**, the active substance penetrates the skin to target the affected tissue – direct action without placing strain on the body. Ibuprofen proff® 5% gel
Indications: Exclusive or supportive external treatment of swelling or inflammation of soft tissue in periarticular areas (e.g. bursa sacs, tendons, tendon sheaths, ligaments and joint capsules) and of sports and accidental injuries, such as bruising, sprains and strains in adults and young people above the age of 14.

proff® pain-relieving cream Active substance: Ibuprofen
Indications: For the external or supportive treatment of muscular rheumatism, degenerative painful joint diseases (arthrosis), inflammatory rheumatic diseases of the joints and spine, swelling or inflammation of soft tissue in periarticular areas (e.g. bursa sacs, tendons, tendon sheaths, ligaments and joint capsules), stiff shoulders, back pain, lumbago, sports and accidental injuries, such as bruising, sprains and strains.
Warning: Contains sodium methylparaben and propylene glycol. Keep medicinal products out of reach of children.

Indications: For the external supportive, symptomatic treatment of pain in cases of acute strains, sprains and bruising to the limbs as a result of blunt trauma, e.g. sport injuries, muscle rheumatism, arthrosis (degenerative painful joint diseases), inflammatory rheumatic diseases of the joints and spine, swelling or inflammation of soft tissue in periarticular areas (e.g. bursa sacs, tendons, tendon sheaths, ligaments and joint capsules), stiff shoulders, back pain and lumbago.

proff® pain-relieving capsules Active substance: Ibuprofen
Indications: mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, toothache, menstrual pain; fever; acute headache phase of migraines with and without aura; tension headaches. Note: proff® pain-relieving capsules contain macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate and propylene glycol.
Keep medicinal products out of reach of children. Do not use for longer than specified in the information leaflet for pain or fever without consulting your doctor.
